Our comfortable restaurant is situated in the original barn, where timbered walls and ladders remind of bygone days. Where once the hay was stored, we now spoil you with selected wines and fine cuisine.
From our park terrace, you can enjoy absolute peace in summer, together with a wonderful view of our hotel park.
Our internationally experienced chef de cuisine Ralph Thomas has been attending to the needs of our guests for 11 years. He offers a menu that changes several times during the year and caters for your every need with an interesting range of culinary highlights, based upon the seasonal specialities. His cuisine is characterised by has a Mediterranean emphasis, but does not overlook regional specialities.
We are particularly proud of our wine cellar. You will find over 80 different wines from all over the world on our wine list, the care of which the boss of the house has dedicated with dedication.
We do not offer wine, which we have not tested, tasted and found ourselves before.
We are also known for our vinegar !
There are only a few restaurants offering a vinegar drink as an aperitif or a digestif. Many years of experience and the special love of the hostess Petra Brünker for this elixir guarantee you a special drinking experience.
